The Circle is an intergenerational ministry team dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for people of all ages and stages of life to come together, build relationships, share experiences, and strengthen our church community.
We believe our church is stronger when generations learn from one another, serve alongside one another, laugh together, and create memories together. The Circle will organize a variety of events and experiences designed to connect children, youth, families, adults, and seniors in ways that are welcoming, purposeful, and fun.

The Circle exists to create opportunities for fellowship, connection, and community across generations within our church.

What We Do
The Circle will plan and support a variety of intergenerational experiences throughout the year, including:
🎉 Fun & Fellowship: game nights, trivia, family events, celebrations, and social gatherings
🍽️ Food & Community: potlucks, shared meals, and picnic outings
🎨 Creative Experiences: crafts, activities, music, and opportunities to share our talents
📖 Faith & Growth: opportunities to share stories, traditions, wisdom, and faith experiences across generations

Our Vision
We envision a church where generations don’t simply worship in the same place—they know one another, support one another, and do life together.
The Circle will help create opportunities for a child to know a grandparent who isn’t their own, for a teenager to learn from an older adult, for families to build friendships with other generations, and for every member of our church to feel connected to the larger church family.

Jenny Paden
Intergenerational Coordinator
Jenny has been a member of our church family for 20 years and is grateful for the many relationships, memories, and opportunities to grow in faith that the church has provided throughout those years.
She is blessed with an amazing husband, Isaac, and three beautiful girls, who are an important part of her life. Family, faith, and community are at the heart of what she values most. Jenny is also a teacher at Bennington High School, where she enjoys working with and encouraging students. She loves seeing people grow, discover their strengths, and become the best versions of themselves.
After 20 years as part of this church family, Jenny has a deep desire to see the church continue to grow, thrive, and bring people together. She hopes to help create opportunities for fellowship, connection, and meaningful relationships among people of all ages. Jenny is excited to be part of The Circle and looks forward to helping create experiences that strengthen our church family and make everyone feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
